cHALLENGE:
Notting Hill Genesis faced a significant challenge in the delivery of their ambitious estate regeneration programme of Grahame Park. The housing association, working in partnership with LB Barnet, had seen the project come to a standstill following a rejected planning application due to its failure to meet the Mayor of London's directive of delivering sufficient level of social housing.
IMPACT:
Inner Circle were appointed to progress the project at pace, improve quality, and achieve financial viability. Recognising the importance of consolidating all project workstreams within a coherent and controlled programme management framework, our primary approach prioritised the acceleration of project delivery, necessitating rigorous strategic programme management and wider interdependencies. This necessitated building trust with the NHG first and foremost and then uplift communication across key stakeholders to enable the transformation of a high-risk and unviable scheme into one fully supported by our client and the community.
