WHAT WILL IT FEEL LIKE?

You will work from first principles directly with our clients. We don't do cookie cutter solutions but design for the context to create functioning and flourishing services for the future.

CURRENTLY HIRING:

  • Our analysts provide core support to our projects and programmes. You need to be comfortable working at pace, great at data analysis, proficient in relevant software and a great researcher. This is our entry point to consultancy so we’re looking for people keen to develop their skills on the pathway to becoming a consultant. Progress is fast at ICC. Ideas and consistent quality of performance are recognised

    We’re looking for people with: 

    A  degree and / or post-graduate degree in a relevant discipline or with an equivalent qualification and  2-3 years’ work experience, able to process, analyse and present data powerfully, able to communicate ideas well verbally and visually, passionate about making a difference, willing to travel, self-aware and driven to improve

  • Our consultants work in project teams, alongside our clients to achieve great outcomes. You’ll bring a subject expertise in a least one area of interest to us, plus honed project management skills and excellent written and verbal communication. Your ideas, contributions and approach will be key to keeping our delivery fast paced and high quality

    We’re looking for people with:  

    A  degree and / or post-graduate degree in a relevant discipline or with equivalent qualification with a track record of delivering projects.

    Your project management discipline will be evident as will your confidence working alongside clients to achieve their objectives. All our consultants are excellent communicators, driven by self-improvement and passion to make change happen.

  • As part of ICC’s leadership team, you will be helping us grow our business through your networks and business opportunities. Our Managing Consultants provide project management leadership, bring subject matter expertise in at least two key areas and work directly with our key clients.

    A  degree and / or post-graduate degree in a relevant discipline or with equivalent qualification.

    Superb project and programme management skills

    Great networking skills and the ability to spot opportunities for business development and talent in others

    Understanding the public sector landscape and a point of view about how your talents can support our clients to create better outcomes.
